$HNC Public Sale
We are excited to announce the public sale for $HNC, the native token of Hot’n Cold Finance and its infrastructure.
The public sale will begin on 24 March 2023 at 15:00 UTC and will end on 28 March 2023 at 18:00 UTC.
Keep in mind that all collected $JUNO from public sale will be used for liquidity in the $HOT — $JUNO pool in HOT Dex.
Introducing $HNC:
Hot’n Cold Finance’s native token is $HNC: a transferable representation of attributed utility functions; namely, liquidity, staking, and governance, specified in the code. It is therefore designed to be a utility token essential to the protocol.
100 million $HNC tokens were minted at genesis. The total supply of $HNC is hard-capped and will not exceed 100 million tokens.
$HNC can be converted to $HOT or $COLD. During the transformation, 1 $HNC is divided into 100 parts and these parts become $HOT or $COLD at the request of the user, and the used $HNC gets burned in this process.
Hot’n Cold Finance is structured as a progressive DAO which starts as semi-technocratic governance and evolves to a fully decentralized DAO over time, where the community can create and vote on proposals to steer protocol development and community fund management. This governance framework leverages DAO DAO architecture. Votes will be proportional to the amount of $HNC in a user’s account.
$HNC holders have the ability to stake their $HNC to HotTub and receive $HOT revenue comes from HOT Dex transactions.
0.3% of the total $HNC supply will be made available for public sale, and will be distributed to all participants in ten batches.
The public sale will be live for 5 days. (price ratio will be 1$JUNO = 2$HNC)
Note that participants need $JUNO on the Juno network to participate in the sale, and will also need it to pay for transaction gas costs.
Vesting Details:
$HNC will be opened in a total of 10 months, 10% of the purchased amount each month.
Following the public sale, at launch, 0.03% of the supply will be in circulation with slow and steady emissions over 5 years. No VCs and no sudden unlocks.
Tokenomic:
Hot’n Cold Finance team will not contact anyone in private with any type of sale link, which will be officially released on the official accounts.
